That the Capital of the Company »e increased from £IOO,OOO, divided into 20,000 shares of five pounds eiach, to £150,000 divided into 30,000 shares of five pounds each, such additional shares to rank equally with the original capital of the Company and to be issued at such time or times and on such terms and conditions as the Directors may prescribe.
