ORDER BEING RESTORED. London, April 9. Cairo is more normal. The Government has suspended a virulent native newspaper. General Allenby has issued the Egyptian Budget. The most notable item is a million sterling to cover the recent damage. The strike of Government employees was only partially successful. A number were victims of intimidation. —Aub.N.Z. Cable Asm.
