FURTHER RIOTING. Received April 10. 9.40 p.m. Delhi, April 9. There was some rioting last night, originating in an attempt to force the railway stallkeepers, who observe passive resistance against the law against the sedition policy. The military were called out and fired on the mob, causing a few casualties. At Bombay discontent among the grain dealers resulted in rioting. Two thousand dealers, armed with bamboos, attacked the office of the controller and assaulted the Parsee assistant. There were no arrests. —Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc.
