TX7HEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the Public Works Act, 190S, for a certain public work—to wit, for the purposes of a road in Block VI., Cape Survey District, Taranaki 'County: And whereas the Taranaki County Council has laid before the GovernorGeneral a memorial, accompanied by a map, and also the statutory declaration, as required by the 9aid Act: Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savilo, Earl of Liverpool, the Go-vernor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, ISOB, and the Counties Act. 190S, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road: and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall : take effect on and after the twentysixth day of April, one thousand nine I hundred and nineteen.
