DOMINIONS SOLDIERS SERVING SENTENCES. Received April 9, 5.5 p.m. London, March 29. The new Army Bill provides that members of the Imperial forces who enlisted in the Dominions and have been sentenced to penal servitude, need not serve the sentence in the United Kingdom, as hitherto provided, but in their own Dominions.—Reuter
