Received April 9, 6.5 p.m. The Hague, March 29 Advices from Berlin say Rotofahns frankly denounces the claims for restoration of the German colonies, and declares that anyone desiring the welfare of the natives must not wish Germany to regain the smallest foothold In Africa, at least until the slave yoke has heen thrown off at home. The administration of the colonies has been shown to he the worst, form of oppression, and Hie suffering natives naturally prefer English, French or Italian rule —Times Service.
