EASTER PAIRS TOURNAMENT.
It is rather disappointing to learn that only 18 entries were received for the Pairs Tournament which was est down for decision at Stratford and Inglewood. There is some talk in Stratford that rather than abandon the fixture the club will arrange a tournament. At Stratford on Saturday two rinks (Public Service) scored a substantial win against the All-Comers by SS points to 38. Scores (Public Service mentioned first):—Arthur, Carman, North, Harris (s.) 25 v. C. Thompson, Butcher, Little, Reesing ( 9 .) 13; Jameson, Murdock Patrick, Rowc (s.) 33 v. Grant, Walsh' J. Masters, King (s.) 20.
