Findlav, the president, disclaims on hehalf of the Moderate League and himself any connection with the poster bearing the name o: Dr. Valintine, which our special Wellington correspondent described the other day as a daring attempt on the part of the executive of the League to associate the chief health officer with its campaign. Mr. Findlay states that neither he nor his colleagues had anything to do with the preparation of the poster, and that they strongly disapproved of its publication. TOWN PLANNING. Wellington, April 8. Mr Hurst Seager's report to the Minister of Internal Affairs on the Brisbane Town Planning Conference and Exhibition, and its bearing on town planning 'n New Zealand is'just to hand. The flection deals with what town planning means to the Dominion. Mr T'razer sentenced him to 12 months' hard labor. SUNDAY BOWLING. Wellington, Last Night. At the meeting of the Wellington bowling centre to-night the matter of Sunday play during the tournament held at Auckland was the subject of a letter from the Dominion Association, which stated that in deference to some visitors a game was played on Sunday. It Was resolved to protest against any Sunday play in connection with any tournament held under the auspices of the Association.
