MILLERTON MINERS' ULTIMATUM. Westport, April 8 A mass meeting at -Millerton this morning unanimously sent the following ultimatum to the mangement: The miners arc prepared to truck in ease of accident to or sickness of the trucker, and to receive full shift pay; that no miner will go trucking unless he receives full shift; no collier to truck his own coal except in isolated places and then work on shift wages. If the ultimatum is not accepted there are signs of a prolonged fight. This information emanates from the Times' Millerton corr33pondent.
