SERIOUS RISINGS Shanghai, April 5. The uprisings in Korea continue in a steady Btream. There are reports from missionary sources accusing the Japanese authorities of suppressing Korean demonstrations for self-determination. Undoubtedly therf have been most serious casualties among the Koreans, who were without fiTp-arms, while thousands of them have been put in gaol.
