is hereby given that an EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING of the TARANAIQ FARMERS' MEAT CO., LTD., will be held on Saturday, the 12th day of April 1019, at 1 o'clock in the afternoon, in the Good Templar's Hall, Courtenay Street, New Plymouth, when the resolution set out below will be submitted to the Company as a SPECIAL RESOLUTION. If the said Resolution is passed with or without modification by the requisite majority, it will be submitted for confirmation at a subsequent meeting, which will be held at the same place on Saturday, the 3rd day of May, 1919, at 1 o'clock in the afternoon. RESOLUTION. That the Capital of the Company be increased from £IOO,OOO, divided into 20,000 shares of five pounds epeh, to £150,000 divided into 30,000 shares of five pounds each, such additional shares to rank equally with the original capital of the Company and to be issued at such time or times and on such terms and conditions as the Directors may prescribe.
