is hereby given that an EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING of the TARANAIQ FARMERS' MEAT CO., LTD., will be held on Saturday, the 12th day of April 1019, at 1 o'clock in the afternoon, in the Good Templar's Hall, Courtenay Street, New Plymouth, when the resolution set out below will be submitted to the Company as a SPECIAL RESOLUTION.
