STRIKES RESUMED.' Received April 5, 12.30 a.m. Tokio, April 3. The anti-Japanese risings in Korea are growing. The demonstrators had many conflicts with the military, and the hospitals are filled with casualties. Strikes in the Government offices and on the tramways have been resumed.
