SUPREME COURT.
NAPIER WILL CASE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, April 2. Argument is being heard in the Supreme Court to-day by the Chief Justice in cases relating to the wills of the late Mr. and Mrs. E, W. Knowles, of Napier. The plaintiff is Mrs Amelia C MaeFarlane, daughter of the 'testator and testatrix, and the defendants are John Vigor Brown and Francis togan, trustees of the estate. Plaintiff insists that the estate should be administered by the Court. Wullington, Last Night. In the Knowles will case, legal argument was not concluded on the rising Of the court and continues to-morrow.
