MINISTERIAL REPLIES TO QUESTIONS. London, March 31. Mr. Bridgeman, in the House of Commons, announced that there were 115,327 men on strike on Saturday, but now they had resumed work. itr. Harmsworth states that the Russian Bolshevik leaders had been informed that they would be held personally responsible for the safety of British prisoners. The Government is instituting the fullest inquiry in Egypt into the riots. , Mr. Bomjr Law said the Government would consult the Dominion Prime Minisfers before their departure regarding tin time and method of carrying out the resolution of the Imperial Conference recommending a special Imperial Conference to readjust the constitutional representation of various parts of the Empire. The Allies, said Mr. Bonar Law, had not yet fixed the indemnities. The House of Commons will discuss the subject on Thursday.
