Budapest, March 30. The revolution is accomplishing sweeping changes in economical life. Lawyers, engineers, physicians and other educated men are forming trade unions. The new Soviet housing councils are seizing the apartments of the wealthy in order to house the poor. All objects of art and private possessions are declared public property. Religious tuition is forbidden in the schools. Belakun declares that terrorism will only prevail if necessary.
