RESTORING ORDER. RAPID MILITARY MOVEMENTS. Received April 1, 12.35 a.m. Cairo, Marcli 30. Order is being restored rapidly throughout the country. No further disturbances are reported. General Huddlestone's punitive column is remaining at Assiut to restore order in that neighborhood. Mobile columns on the delta are moving rapidly, arresting a large number of offenders with whom they are dealing on the spot. General Shea is moving southward from Wasta, restoring order. —Reuter.
