PEACE TREATY.

MILITARY, NAVAL, AND AERIAL TERMS. GERMANY'S ARMY, 100,000. Received March 31, 7.45 p.m. i New Yoi"k, March 22. The United Press Paris correspondent learns from authoritative sources that the following will be the military, naval and aerial terms of the peace treaty with Germany: The German Armv not to exceed 100,000 men, with 4000 officers. All fortified works within fifty miles of the Rhine will be destroyed. Germany will be permitted only a definitely limited amount of ammunition. Navy to be limited to six battleships of the Lothringen type (12,997 tons), six light cruisers, twelve destroyers and twelve torpedo boats. The personnel of the Navy to be 16,000. No military air force to be allowed. —United Press.
