FURTHER SPARTACIST DISORDERS. BOMBS FREELY THROWN. Received March 30, 5.5 p.m. London, March 29. Spflrtacist disorders have recurred in the Essen area. The mob at Witten endeavored to storm the Volks Zeitung offices. A cordon of police barred the entry to the building. Bombs were freely thrown, 11 being killed and 37 wounded. Ex-Minister Dernberg, writing in the Berliner Tageblatt, says that Germany is threatened with dishonor instead of security on the west, and must turn eastwards to satisfy her needs and realise her future.—Reuter. THE PEACE TERMS. GROWING WORSE. Received March 30, 5.5 p.m. Paris, March 28. Herr Scheidemann, in the National Assembly, declared that the peace terms appeared to be growing worse. Daylight robberies under arms are occurring frequently in Berlin. Two robbers wearing iron crosses entered a food office, covered the clerks with revolvers, and stole nearly ten thousand bread, meat, sugar and coffee cards. There are similar robberies of jewellers' stocks. TROUBLE N BERLIN. 'Berlin, March 28. Following the developments in Hungary there was some shooting in the streets on Tuesday. The British Embassy wai» triply guarded. There were fresh strikes in the Ruhr district.
