TN order to avoid disappointment on nomination day (2Sth March), the attention of Owners and Trainers is particularly drawn to the following rule 9 which must be complied with before the nomination of any horse can be received: REGISTRATION.—TIie horse must be registered with the New Zealand Trotting Association, the amount of registration fee being 10s. Provident Fund fee of £1 is also payable at the same time, which covers tiie horse for the whole of i r s racing career. COLORS.—Every owner must register his colors with the New Zealand Trotting Association, tlie using of another owner's c.lors being not permissible. The registration fee is 10s (id. ' LICENSES]—The Trainer of every horse, must hold a Trainer's License, either Amateur or Professional, tlie fe„>s being Amateur ss, Professional 10s. An owner training his own horse or horses must comply with the above rule.
