RETURNING SOLDIERS.

TRANSPORT AJANA ARRIVES. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. The transport Ajana, with Draft No. 224 of returned soldiers, arrived early this morning. She is now undergoing 24 hours' quarantine. It is expected that the vessel will berth at 8.30 o'clock tomorrow morning. A special train, leaving at 4.15 p.m.; will convey the men for Wellington and the South Island. Special arrangements will havo to be made for the soldiefs for the Gisborne district, and in the meantime these will be detained in Auckland.
