KAROLYI'S PROTEST. AGAINST 4LLIES' OCCUPATION. Received March 24, 7.55 p.m, Copenhagen, March 23. Count Karolyi has issued a proclamation stating that his resignation has been tendered as a protest against the Peace Conference's decision to occupy almost the whole of Hungary, doubtless as a base of operations against the Russian Soviet army.—Aus.
