IMPORTANT NOTICE TO OWNERS AND TRAINEES. TN order to avoid disappointment on nomination day (28th March), the attention of Owners and Trainers is particularly drawn to the following rules which must be complied with before the nomination of any horse can be received: REGISTRATION.—The horse must be registered with the New Zealand Trotting Association, the amount of registration fee being IDs. Provident Fund fee of £1 is also payable at the same time, which covers the horse for the whole of is racing career. COLORS.—Every owner must register his colors with the New Zealand Trotting Association, the using of another owner's c .lors being not permissible. The registration fee is 10s lid. LICENSES|—The Trainer of every horse must hold a Trainer's License, either Amateur or Professional, the few being Amateur ss, Professional 10s. An owner training his own horse or horses roust comply with the above rule. Riders and Owners, whether Amateur or Professional, must he holders of a License before they are allowed to weigh out for a race. Fees: Amateur os, Professional 10s.
