< THE PEOPLES' ETHEL CLAYTON IN "JOURNEY'S END." Ethel Clayton, the beautiful "World" actress, stars to-day at the Peoples' in her latest play," "Journey's End." There might come a time when even the most happily married couple may feel a certain sense of estrangement creeping into their lives. Such occurs in the World drama, "Journey's End," and the wife, whose part is played most charmingly by Ethel Clayton, took unusual means to win her husband back. It is a picture which is bound to be popular since it is undoubtedly the best that Ethel Clayton has appeared in for a long while. Higher praise could hardly be given. The settings are sumptuous in the extreme, and those showing Palm beach are particularly beautiful. A fine gazette, travelog and comedy are also on the hill. The matinee to-day commences at 2 p.m.

EVERYBODY'S MATINEE TO-DAY-EDITH STOREY IN "REVENGE." The popular Metro star, Edith Storey was featured at Everybody's last night m a fascinating drama of' Western life, "Revenge," adapted from the novel, "Hearts Steadfast." This is a powerful picture drama of revenge and the desert, with an ideal role for that idolised star, Ldith Storey. It has the Western background against which this clever actress and splendid sportswoman shines forth so vividly. East and west are contrasted in "Revenge," in which Miss Storey ploys the part of Alva Leigh. Alva goe's to a Western mining camp to marry the man she loves, only to find that he has been foully murdered. Who is the guilty man? That is the question to which Alva must find the answer. She nearly makes a tragic mistake in solving her problem. Absorbing interest and suspense are sustained to the very finish of this gripping drama of action. 'Revenge" shows at both matinee and night sessions to-dav.
