ALLEGED INDECENT ASSAULT.
MOKATJ RESIDENT COMMITTED FOR TRIAL. Alfred James Bysonton, signalman at the Mokau wharf,'was charged yesterday fit the New Plymouth ' Magistrate's Court, before Mr. A. Crookc. S.M., with indecently assaulting two little girls itged II and (i respectively, on the Mokau wharf on February ,'!.' Sub-Inspector Mutton prosecuted and Mr. 1!. H. Quilliam appeared for accused, who reserved his defence and was committed for trial at the next sittings of : the Supreme Court at New Plymouth.
