The Kowhai was to haye left Westport for New Plymouth last night, and should m: ke the passage in about 24 hours. She should lie ready to commence discharging to-morrow morning. The Corlnna, from the South, Is due to leate Nelson at noon to-day, and should reach New Plymouth early to-morrow morning. THE ORISSA. Word has now been received that the British India Company's steamer Oriasa, which has been chartered to take away the Petroleum Company's refinery plant, will not reach New Plymouth till towards the end of April.
