ROUMANIA.
STRIPPED BARE BY THE HUNS, GREAT MASS STARVING, Received March 17, 8.20 p.m. London, March 12. Interviewed by the Pall Mall Gazette, the Queen of Ronmania pictured the continued and continuous privations of her people. She urged that Roumania otl'cred great opportunities for British commercial enterprise, but she placed first the dire need of food and clothing.—L'hited Service.
