Subject to necessary alterations, mails will close at the chief post office, New Plymouth, as under: - For Auckland and North, per Barawa, Tuesday and Friday, at 7 p.m. For Auckland and North, dally per train at 6.15 a.m. For Napitr and Gisborne, daily, at 6 15 a m For Wellington and South, daily at 6.15 a.m. For Wangamii and Intermediate offices, dally at 6.15 a.m., 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. For Opunake and Intermediate offices, per motor bus, daily at 6.15 a.m. WEDNESDAY, MARCH 19. For United Kingdom, Europe, Canada, United States of America, Central and South America, West Indies, via Vancouver; also Honolulu' Japan, Fanning Island and Fiji (per ss Makura, from Auckland), at 6.15 a.ra: C.
