COLONEL WYLIE'S ORDERS. By Telegraph.— Press Association. Chriatchtmsh, Last Night. In connection with the attitude taken up by maay of the soldier patients at the Chnstchnrch Hospital in refitting to attend, in their blue uniforms, the gardes party arranged by the Governor-General and Lady Liverpool, the following order c ™ "sued by Liou tenant-Colonel Wylie, officer commanding the men undergoing treatment: "The officer commanding regret* that certain of the patients or the boetntal saw fit, on Tuesday, nth inat, tosTfar forget themselves as soldiers and men as to behave in a maimer which oan oolr be described as discourteous in the extreme, and he wishes to point out that grievances, real or imaginary, ean never be rectified by behaviour such a* they were guilty of.
