Ed his position.—The resignation was accepted with regret, and it was decided tojlace ou record the centre's appreciatinn of his services. The secretary presented a statement of receipts and expenditure to February 28, which showed a credit of'£s* 0s 2d. A discussion ensued with reference to tin Easter pairs touinauwnt, and it was decided that entries close on April 5 at 5.20 with the secretary of the centre, and that a sub-eomiuittee consisting of Messrs Sole, Smart and Jackson be appointed to draw up the programme. The entry was fixed at 10s per rink. On the motion of Messrs Smart and t.-vkson, Mr \. T. Moore was elected secretary and treasurer to the centra in succession to Mr Firth. It was resolved that the iirvmier finals be phu-ed on April 9 and 10 on the Stratford Club's green. The secretary reported bavins forwarded to the Taranaki War Relief Association the sum of £9l 9s, collections received for war funds from clubs affiliated to the centre.
