SEKIOUS CABLE DELAYS. Received March i2 7.50 p.m. London, March 12. The Daily Chronicle draws attention to the serious cable delays, pointing out that experimental wireless messages have been gent from England to Australia without a relaying establishment, and that a commercial service is only awaiting the permission of the two Govern-ments.—Aus.-N.Z.
