POLAND TO RECEIVE DANTZIG.

; : Paris, March 12. It is expected the conference will accept Denmark's offer for Schlcswig. A plebiscite is considered certain.
Poland will receive Dantzig. A special department has been created to identify and recover machinery stolen from Franco and Belgium. Germany's food requirements are assessed at three hundred thousand tons monthly, entirely of wheat and meat at the outset. . • ; The conference is likely to appoint forthwith a commission to define the definite meaning of mandate.
