9 SPARTACIST REVOLT. NO FURTHER DANGER. Copenhagen, March fl. There have been minor disturbances in Berlin, but it is considered that there is no further danger of a Spartacist revolution, owing to the resolute attitude of the Government. Herr Noske commands 40,000 troops. Berlin, March 0. Despite the efforts of the Spartacist.s to revive a new revolution the Government of Germany appears to have the upper hand. The Government has barricaded parts of the.city with barbed wire entanglements and made ready to oppose the Spartacists, whose plans for :i general countryside strike all over the country appear to have failed.
