A small band of Bolsheviks control the situation in Bavaria, with the aid of armed mobs of demobilised soldiers, sailor* and hooligans. The Bolsheviks have established a reign of terror, and openly profess Russian Bolshevism. Thus, for the first time, a purely Bolshevik Government had been inaugurated in Germany, controlled by Russians in touch with Moscow.—Au». and N,Z. Cable totiationHGSTTLITY OF REGULARS.
