ITALY AND JUCO-SLAVS. THE BOUNDARY QUESTION. ITALY'S ARBITRARY ACTION. Received Feb. 28, 5.5 p.m. Paris, Feb. 27. The Jugo-Slavs have authorised a general mobilisation, claiming that the Isonzo river should be made the boundary of Jugo-Slavia and Italy. Italy has suspended the return of Jugo-Slav prisoners, and refuses to allow President Wilson to arbitrate.—Aus. N.Z. Cable Assoc. GRAVE ANXIETY CAUSED. ACTION BY PEACE CONFERENCE. REPORTED START OF HOSTILITIES. Received Feb. 28, 10.35 p.m. New York, Feb. 28. The New York World's Paris correspondent states that the relations between Italy and Jugo-Slavia are causing the gravest anxiety.
