AFGHANISTAN.
AMIR MURDERED. THRONE SEIZED BY ENGLAND'S OPPONENT. London, Feb. 26. It is reported that the Amir's Anglophone brother, Nasrullah Khan, has seized the throne. It transpires that tho Amir was encamped at Langhan when two men penetrated his teut and murdered him, shooting him with a revolver. They succeeded in escaping.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
