ACTIVITY BY BOLSHEVIKS. London, Feb. 2G. The Madrid correspondent of the Morning Post states that the Bolsheviks and Carbonari in Lisbon on Saturday demanded that- the Government should dissolve Parliament and establish Bolshevist institutions. The Government was prepared to accept the first demand but refusjed the others, and the Bolsheviks began fighting in the streets of Lisbon. They erected barricades and plunged the city in darkness.
