FRONTIER QUESTIONS DISCUSSED. BELGIAN AND ARMENIAN CLAIMS. INTERMEDIATE ZONE IN TRANSYLVANIA. Received Feb. 27, 11.35 p.m. London, Feb. 26. A Press Bureau communique from Paris states that representatives of the great Powers have discussed the question of allotting to commissions the consideration of frontier questions affecting enemy States, and they laid down conditions under which the Belgian claims are to be considered. The Conference adopted the Supreme War Council's conclusions regarding the establishment of an intermediate zone in Transylvania, between the Roumanian and Hungarian troops, and the Council heard the Armenian claims.—Aus.
