The Matatua left Wellington yesterday afternoon, and should reach here early this morning. She Is to load about 7500 carcases of mutton and lamb, and then proceed to Waitara to load meat from the works there. UNION COMPANY VESSELS. The Corinna Is due from Wellington about Thursday. The Karu has left Lyttelton for New Plymouth direct, and Is expected to arrive tonight or on Thutfday r ornlng. The Klttawa was loading coal for New Plymouth at Greymouth yesterday. She comes here via Wellington. THE BADEN POWELL.
