STARVATION IN BOHEMIA. Prague, Feb. 22. Interriewtd by ail American eorreafpodant, Mi. Summerhays, who was with Hhe British Army, said that thousands of OKU, women and children were dying of starvation in Bohemia. Wealthy British and American mothers should seicure a vessel to transport fats, medicines and milk for the women and children.— ' Cable Assn.
