Le Jounrnl strongly protests against the proposal to sink the German fleet, it view of the scarcity of motsis and machinery, especially in France. The papei says that thu French Minister of is absolutely opposed to the idea, and that France will insist on receiving • considerable part of the fleet.—Router.
