SUBMARINE ATROCITIES. COMMANDERS DISREGARDED ORDERS. London, Feb. 22, The Daily Chronicle understands that there is ample evidence that the various submarine commanders acted in contravention of orders. There is a '..'ill fear that these criminals will escape to neutral countries. They must be extradited. The commission which is inquiring into the question has enough evidence to warrant the sternest measures. The authorities are particularly anxious to secure seven who are responsible for many outrages.—Aua.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
