RAPACIOUS INVADERS,, HELP FROM ALLIES NEEDED. Warsaw, Feb. 21. Interviewed, Pilswski, temporary President of the Polish Republic, said that the retreating Germans, Austrians and Russians had stripped Poland o( food, clothing and raw materials as well as machinery and household goods, l'hey needed agricultural machinery and supplies of all kinds, including ammunition, arms, and soldiers' equipment.
