Cable Assoc. SIR WILFRID LAURIER'S FUNERAL. AN IMPRESSIVE CORTEGE. Received Feb. 23, 5.5 p.m. Ottawa, Feb. 22. Thirty thousand people attended Sir Wilfrid Laurier's state funeral. The body lay in state at Parliament House. Thousands of sleighs followed the cortege to the graveside. The Archbishop of Montreal and other Roman Catholic dignitaries officiated.^—Aus. and N.Z. Cable
