SURRENDER OF THE KAISER.
DEMANDED BY CRIMES COMMISIOtfy TO STAND TRIAL FOR CRIMES. Received 21, 9.25 p.m. Paris, Feb. 20. The Crimes Commission decided to denr.ind the surrender of the Kaiser and a thousand others for trial on charges for primes committed during the war. These are under six heads: The sinking of the Lusitania, the shooting of submarined crews, the murders of Captain Fryatt and Nurse Cavell- the torture of prisoner", and the use of poison gas.—United Service. .
