INFLUENZA EPIDEMIC.
QUESTION OF RESUMING RACE MEETINGS. Received 21, 9.15 p.m. Melbourne, Feb. 21. Spven deaths occurred from influenza. Committee aieetinga of the V.A.T.C and Vit.o. considered the possible resumption of racing next week, and decided that should the embargo be raised in time, the Caufield autumn meeting should take place on Marsh 3rd and 4th, Fleyingtpn to start on Marrh B.—Aus.N.Z.
