Fat Sheep —A small yarding, 1083 buT.g penned The quality was indifferent. There was keen competition for prime wel.hets at 2s to 2s 6d above late rales. Medium uiality showed a drop of 2s to Ss. Best wethers lis to 40s Od, extra 50s 3d, medium to good 34s to 36s (id, others 27s to 30s, best ewes 34» to 38s. extra 43s lid. medium :o good 29s to 31a, others 21s to 28s. Lambs.—A small entry of 401 was penned. The quality was medium, and prices were on a par with last week's rales. Pigs—There was a targe yarding of fats. Competition was good, but late rates were not maintained. The entry of stores was much beyond requirements, and a sharp slump in prices resulted Many pens were sold at halt late rates.
