{FEE IMPRISONED SEINN FEINNERS London, Feb. 18. The Times' Dublin correspondent reports that it is stated in well informed quarters that Cabinet has decided not to release the Sinn Feiners. This reanlted in a crisis which may involve the resignation of Lord French, who favors the release.—Times Service. UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION. London, Feb. 18. Owing to the enormous unemployment •unpentation paid in Ireland, through people abandoning work, amounting to half a million sterling to the end of January, the Government is restricting Juture payments to demobilised soldiers *nd workers in specified trades.
