CHINA'S FOREIGN' POLICY. NO FURTHER CONCESSION TO FOREIGN POWERS. Paris, Feb. 13. The Foreign Minister, WRng, member of the Chinese Peace Delegation, interviewed, said China's foreign policy includes the following: She will join forcea with the United States and other democracies in Europe, and expect their aid in establishing China as a sovereign independent nation; she will object to the control of any portion of Chinese territory by a mandatory; she will refuse to make further concession to foreign Powers, and will abrogate existing treaties regarding concessions.—Aus.-N.Z. Although cabinet and the diplomatic commission advised Hsu Shi Chong to accede to the 1 Japanese demands that the Chinese peace delegates act in consonance with those of Japan, the president has not yielded.
