THE ARMENIAN MASSACRES. SUICIDE OF ONE OF THE CULPRITS. Received Feb. 15, 5.5 p.m. London, Feb. 13. Advices from Constantinople state thn t Dr. Reshid Bey, formerly Vali of Diarbekir, who was implicated in the Armenian massacres and recently escaped from custody, was finally surrounded by the police and committed suicide.— Reuter.
