Wilson and others at a dinner party at the Criterion Hotel last Thursday. Mrs. Wilson leaves on Tuesday to join her husband in Auckland. « * * • Mrs. Stalnton and Miss Doris Gilbert are the guests of Mrs. Chisiiolm, at Hawera. Mrs. A. Rennell, who has been holiday-mak-ing In Auckland and Wellington, has returned. Miss Mona Paget, who has been on a visit to Christchurch, has returned to Stratford, and is the guest of Mrs. Cecil Wright. The Hon. Oliver and Mrs. Samuel left for Wellington on Friday. Miss Dulcie Bayly ha 3 returned from Fellding, where she has been the guest of Mrs. Clem. Webster. * « « Miss Jones, of the Bank of New Zealand, Is spending a holiday In Wellington. Mr. and Mrs. W. Alexander, of Christchurch, who have been spending a week or two in New Plymouth, left yesterday for Wellington. Miss Phillips and Miss Leahy (Auckland), are staying with Mrs. Clemow. Visitors at the White Hart this week Included: Mrs. Finemore (Christchurch), Mr, Mrs. and Miss Lowry (Hawkes Bay), Mr. and -Mrs J Cutfleid (Wanganul), Mr. and Mrs. Speedy (Wellington), Mr. and Mrs. Hill (Wansanul), Miss Hastie (Auckland), Mr. and Mrs. Alexander (Christchurch), Mrs. and Miss Scott (Hawkes Bay), Miss Wheeler (Palmerston North). Mrs. Leo Horrocks (Fellding) and Miss Ruth Horrocks (Auckland), are arriving to-day by motor, and will be the guests of Mr. J. 11. Quilliam. Miss D. Baker is visiting Mrs. L. Weir (Eltham). Mrs. Pops (Pungarehu) Is the guest of Mrs J. Sumner. ■ Mrs. Alec. McDiarmld has returned from Stratford.
